Looking after your health and fitness in you sixties and beyond is not a simple thing.  Every article you ever read tells you to eat smaller quantities of more boring stuff, do lots of physical activity you don’t really want to, and drink less, if anything at all.  And by the way, your BMI will still say you are too fat.
